Professor Francisca Oladipo appointed Vice Chancellor, Thomas Adewumi University, Oko, Kwara State

The Head of Department, Computer Science and Director, Quality Assurance, Federal University Lokoja (FUL), Professor Francisca Onaolapo OLADIPO has been appointed Vice-Chancellor, Thomas Adewumi University, Oko, KWARA State.

This was disclosed in a group chat by the Vice-Chancellor, Federal University Lokoja, Professor Olayemi Akinwumi to members of the University Community today, Saturday, July 2, 2022.

In the heartwarming news which was received with great jubilation and outpouring of felicitations and goodwill messages, the Vice-Chancellor stated:

“Today, I am very happy to announce to the University Community that FUL has achieved another milestone under this Administration. We have just produced our first Vice-Chancellor in the person of our Director of Quality Assurance, Professor Francisca Oladipo who has been appointed as the Vice-Chancellor of Thomas Adewumi University, Oko, Kwara State. Please, join me in congratulating this wonderful scholar, sister and friend, and remember that hardwork pays.”

Professor Oladipo is the Executive Coordinator of VODAN Africa and Asia VODANA. She is an accomplished Professor of Computing, Data Scientist and Tech Diplomat.
