JAMB announces the number of registered UTME candidates in each state

 the closure of the 2023 UTME registration exercise, JAMB has announced the number of registered candidates in each of the states across the country. This was revealed in the JAMB bulletin made available on the JAMB’s website.

Based on the statistics obtained from JAMB on the 2023 UTME registration data, Lagos has the highest number of registered candidates followed by Oyo State. Both had 270,573 and 94,911 registered candidates respectively.

The Statistics equally showed that Borno and Taraba states have the least number of registered candidates with 16,793 and 16,687 respectively.

The JAMB exam comes up on April 29th, 2023 and will run until Monday, May 12.
