Akwa-Ibom State approves the employment of 1000 teachers

The Governor, Mr. Udom Emmanuel, has approved the immediate release of employment of 1000 Primary School Teachers who were successful in the last recruitment exercise by the State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB).

Candidates are advised to check their names in any of the 31 (Thirty One) Local Education Authorities nearest to them. Successful candidates are expected to report at SUBEB Headquarters, Idongesit Nkanga Secretariat, Uyo, from 13th February, 2023, by 10am for commencement of documentation process.

The first batch of 300 with Bachelor of Education (BED) certificates will report from Monday 13th to Wednesday 15th of February, 2023 While those with Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE), will take their turn as follows:

01—-200 —– 16th to 17th February, 2023

201—— 400 ——- 20th to 21st February, 2023

401 —— 700 ——- 22nd to 23rd February, 2023
