Bandits kidnap ten secondary school students in Kaduna

No fewer than ten students have been kidnapped by bandits from Government Day Secondary School in Awon, Kachia Local Government Area of Kaduna State.

The State Commissioner of Internal Security and Home Affairs, Samuel Aruwan, made the disclosure in a statement released on Tuesday, April 4 saying the students were abducted on Monday, April 3rd.

The statement further stated that the State Government received preliminary reports from security agencies regarding the attack, and they are yet to ascertain whether the incident occurred within the school premises or elsewhere.
