Fed Poly Ado notice on printing of examination permit

We would like to inform you that your exam permit form is now available for printing on your portal. This form is a mandatory requirement for you to sit for your upcoming exams.

To obtain your exam permit form, please login to your portal and print the form. After printing the form, you are required to take it to your Head of Department (HOD) for signing. Your HOD will then forward the signed form to the ICT Building in the main Campus for final approval and signing.

Please note that the deadline for submission of your exam permit form is on the 19th of May, 2023. Please ensure that you submit your signed form on or before the deadline to avoid any inconvenience or disqualification from taking your exams.

We encourage you to take this seriously and promptly to avoid any delay in taking your exams. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to your HOD or the ICT Building in the main Campus for assistance.
